From one teach to the next, I would try to keep it breath, posture, cue. At one point there was a lot of cues for warrior one. For me, I found more cues can scare new students because they are thinking too hard OR experienced want to know where they are going THEN fine tune. But overall scrumptious! Truly looking forward to the rest. Perfect start to the day as a busy momma over here! Thank you

These 15/20 minute classes are absolutely amazing for me as I get back into yoga - sometimes I don’t have time for a full class or I’m straight up not strong enough to handle a full class yet, so a shorter class is so much easier for me to convince my brain to actually do the hard work of getting me on my mat. And your kindness and non-judgmental style of teaching is so so wonderful ☺️

Lower back pain has reduced thanks to this short morning stretch flow 👌🏼

That went by so quickly, in a great way. I’m not a big fan of yoga in the morning because my body feels so stiff but this was perfect. Just the right amount of effort for first thing in the morning ❤️

Exactly what I needed this morning. Loved the lunge/eagle arms combo, but the hip stretch at the end was EVERYTHING it felt so good!

Lifting the arm and leg in tabletop really caught me off guard 😂🔥
