I love coming back to these practices in the arrive challenge. the 10 min practice really helps me throughout the day to just move my body without it having to be a full drawn out practice. It’s amazing how much it helps reset my mind and release stress.

Oh dear playing catching up, I failed already. I will catch up tho and this was literally so nice, I didn't realize those parts of my muscles needed those long holds. 😍
