Hey! Nearly tore a rotator cuff doing the pullovers. Sent the exercise to my physical therapist, and she said that’s one of the most common movements that tear rotator cuffs. Also, I sent this note a few days ago - why use female gendered terms in an app marketed towards the non-binary community? Lame.
