How to schedule the program into a week? Full-Body workouts really depends on the athlete and the current training schedule they’re on. Personally, I like to incorporate full-body workouts 1-2 times a week.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Anyone can do these workouts, pace yourself and adjust sets and reps. I believe in you but you need the same belief! You can do this.
