Accidentally hit 4, couldn’t go back. Bird dogs were hardest for me, bear crawl a challenge due to space!!

That was great! The step up knee drives were hard the first round because of my poor balance, but by the 4th round I was able to activate the stabilization muscles! I liked the side wall ball slams, that was new to me! Keep up the hard work!!
