It’s time, here is the exact training program I’ve used to chisel celebrities such as Alex Skarsgard, Ben Affleck, and James McAvoy The program follows a 4 day split. 4 workouts + rest day. Gym membership & equipment?
Yes, you will need access to a gym and basic equipment for this program
Goal for the program?
This is for you gents who want to get that action hero physique. Alex Skarsgard in Tarzan is. Great example (of course your diet has to be spot on as well). Build a lean and muscular physique that still looks great in a t-shirt or suit. Good, quality, lean mass. The cardio helps keep you lean and tight (don’t skip it)
Rest days?
You need to listen to your body and everyone has a different experience level. I recommend to my male actors to hit the gym 5-6 days a week. You have to have a day for rest though. Beginner do 1x 4 day split. More advanced to 1.5x 4 day split
Will this program expire?
This program will not expire for another 4-6 months. I may only release updated versions.
