About Mackenzie Kozlowski

Yoga, Meditation and Fascial Instructor.

In 2002 when I was 18 years old I became a group exercise instructor and personal trainer and from that moment I was hooked. My passion was and still is empowering people to move confidently and pain free in their body. After graduating from University I discovered yoga and started putting all my energy towards developing my own self practice and that evolved into teaching others to do the same. I began teaching yoga in 2009. I am a Yoga Medicine therapeutic specialist and am completing my 1000 YTT. I spent several years traveling the world and teaching workshops and YTT’s. Since becoming a mom 5 years ago I’ve developed a passion for making sure that the practices I teach are not only efficient but also effective. My husband and I run a vegetable farm and because of that I have developed a strong passion for prepping and consuming delicious food. If you want to learn or be inspired in the kitchen my channel is the right place to be. Being a mom, helping my husband run our vegetable farm and operating my own yoga business I know firsthand what it is like to have a full life. Your time is valuable and it deserves to be honored.
