Who is this workout for?
They are meant for beginners and intermediate lifters who are looking for a low impact workout.
What equipment do I need?
The first week will be body weight only and I'll slowly add dumbbells into de mix. Go to my insights for suggestions on were to buy them.
The workouts will get harder every week.
