This is amazing! I used to do pistols regularly before I got pregnant, and haven’t been able to do one on my weaker side since my daughter was born. She just turned 11months, and this routine helped me to do two pistols on my weaker leg!!💪✨

I did them! My heel lifts slightly when I get to the bottom and stand back up but working on that :)
