Ladies the scale is seriously not the one to focus on. I know it took me some time and knowledge to stop focusing on the scale 😩, the minute you just use it as a tool it will change your focus. I can’t stress enough how important it really is to take those progress photos. They will be the ones to help you stay motivated TRUST ME! Put yourself first, stay consistent and be patient and the results will follow 🥹☺️
