Great and found the count down timer very easy and great you can look at the next exercise and the timer continues

Just have to say, kristy you make this look like a easy stroll in the park!! You stay flat in the hold…. My but slowly lowers! Haha but when there is a will, there is a way! I’ll get it, Eventually! haha good workout!
