I am a mother of 3! I used to be an avid gym goer but after kids it was unrealistic for me to go to the gym everyday. That’s when I started doing badass workouts from HOME! I am NASM certified and also specialize in pre/post natal fitness and pregnancy. I have 10+ years experience in the fitness industry!
