This one was just ok, Keri! I have rheumatoid arthritis (and the last two discs in my spine are basically just thin wafers) so while this was a very nice stretch, I didn’t feel as “activated” as I do in so many of your other exercises, even in the quick core ones. I have really low energy right now and that could definitely be a contributor but overall I felt I needed to be more warmed up in order to release the tension.

It was great! I did feel like it moved a bit fast at times but as I repeat and know where I’m going with my hands and such I bet it won’t feel that way. Thank you for this!
