Too cute! The dog helps remind us all why we work on decreasing back pain (so more fun doggo time) These exercises helped, I do wish more time could be spent on each pose as we keep warming up and getting deeper into the pose. (The diamond shaped one especially was good for my aching hips)

Definitely hit some of the tight/sore spots for me and gave them a nice stretch. Looking forward to doing this one more in the future to keep working on my low back pain! (And my dog also has a need to join me on the mat.... she always knows when, even if asleep upstairs!)
