Exactly what I needed after my run. My hip flexors are always super tight from running/sitting. I’m also trying to figure out ways to work on my poas (I know I need more core work 😊)

I have been looking for some strength and stretch poses for my back and these are my favorite now! I have had chronic back pain that limits me and I feel so great right now.. thank you!!

Fantastic flow, thank you! I'm realizing though that I'm not dealing with back pain exactly but super tight back muscles. They've been insanely tight ever since having my second baby (almost 2 years ago). Do you have any ideas for a nice flow to help relieve the tightness?
