for this beginner’s guide, we will working on the basics!
we start out super simple, with the fundamentals of the movements then progress to different variations as time goes on.

some important things to note:
- read the descriptions on the exercises as it’ll provide helpful cues for performing the exercises
- the rest times i provide are suggestions/what i would do, if you need more time please feel free to take more rest between sets as needed!
- the workouts will be different each week, but have a lot of similar movements because we want to build up on the skills you’re learning each week
- this is an absolute beginner program, if you have familiarity in the gym, i would recommend the intermediate gym guide as it has more complexity and variety
- some of the exercises will be listed until failure: this means do as many reps or hold for as many seconds as you physically can! keep notes of these numbers as they might change as time goes on :)
