Thank you β™₯️. I’ve been to PT and had injections in the past 4 years due to a pinched nerve in my cervical spine having caused nerve damage in most of my arm back and both arms. I stopped lifting 2 years ago because of recurring pain. Today I decided to do your workout and I am grateful to complete it even if it was with light weight and body weight. Today was a win for me β™₯️
