Loved the finisher and the overall increased sets and reps. Still figuring out the forearm pull-ups. Substituting in chin-ups, lateral band arm raises, and/or banded lat pull-downs instead for that one series. Any other guidance in the notes for the forearm pull-ups would be very helpful. Thank you.

I feel like there wasnβt enough preparation for me to be able to do bridge push-up (especially as a finisher move) and I do not really understand the purpose of the forearm pull-ups π
