What are the goals of the program? Learn how to handstand with the wall, learn how to kick into handstand, learn how to float into handstand, learn how to press into handstand.
How to get the best outcome of the program? At the minimum try all the drills. Even if you’re far away from floating or pressing, try the drills to build strength into those areas.

Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? The drills are moderate/intermediate.
The flows are intermediate to advanced.
The meditations are open level.
The pranayama is open level.

Day 4: Full Flow (45 mins - 1 hour)
Day 5: Meditation (10 - 15 minutes)
Day 6: Journal (20 minutes)
