At the minimum try all the drills. Even if you’re far away from floating or pressing, try the drills to build strength into those areas.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You’ll need a yoga mat & 2 blocks. If you don’t have blocks, you can substitute them with a rolled up towel (for compression drills), or two sturdy water bottles (to bring your hands closer to the ground).
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
The drills are moderate/intermediate. The flows are intermediate to advanced. The meditations are open level. The pranayama is open level.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Day 1: Pranayama (5-12 minutes) Day 2: Strength Drill (15 - 20 minutes) Day 3: Flexibility Drill (15 - 20 minutes) Day 4: Full Flow (45 mins - 1 hour) Day 5: Meditation (10 - 15 minutes) Day 6: Journal (20 minutes) Day 7: Rest (within your means of time)

The anatomical focuses are: deep core, compression, shoulder strength, hamstring & hip flexibility, wrist stretching therapy & flexibility.
What are the mental & emotional focuses of this series?
The mental & emotional focuses are: confidence, inner strength, alchemy & trust.
What is the yogic philosophy behind this series?
We will be working on the Fire Element & the Manipura (Solar Plexus) Chakra.
Will I learn something from this series if I already have a strong handstand practice?
This series is most intermediate, but works into advanced. Even if you already have the most advanced skill here (press into handstand), the classes will still be beneficial to continually build mental & physical strength to deepen your practice.
Can I try this series if I’ve never done a handstand?
Yes! You can definitely try all of the Pranayama, Drill & Meditation classes. Additionally, Handstand With The Wall Full Flow will be perfect for you. As you build strength & flexibility over the month, you can always revisit more challenging classes later.

Need to practice over and over - hopping on to the block, hopping with the block between the thighs and hips and the lifting the feet from pyramid. Great tips!
