No! These are from a Zoom series I did April 2021 that received great feedback, so I wanted to share it again here. This means there's a portion of open Q & A towards the end of each flow. This can help you workshop your handstand.
What are the classes included? Handstand with the Wall

Should we take the classes in order? I suggest taking the classes in order, even if you already have a solid handstand. The earlier classes will help to build strength in the areas needed for a steady handstand practice no matter what!
How long are these classes? They're about 90 minutes each. There's also about 15 minutes of Q & A that you can always skip, and head straight to the cool down.
