Welcome to the Summer Series! I am absolutely thrilled that you have chosen to join me. Before you embark on this exciting journey, it is essential that you complete the fit test!

*ABS OF THE WEEK* make sure to either start or finish with the abs of the week (except for rest days & active rest days)
