I'm a beginner, is Playbook for me?

Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
I have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells, bands, or a yoga mat) and some that require resistance bands. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
I work during the day and not able to work out LIVE with you
That's OK! I rarely work out Live. I record my workouts live in my basement and then post them for you to do on your own time. I work out at a time that suits my lifestyle, and you will work out when it's best. You do you, I do me, and we do it together. The time of day doesn't matter.
