There are so many diet programs out there.  It's just very confusing.  I. Need tough love. I totally agree whit what u said.  I'm here to do what I need to get healthy.  I just need a controlled plan. Help with exercises.

Tough love & Mentalism? 

Mental illness often casts shadows of self-doubt and fear over our minds. It whispers lies about our worth, capabilities, and potential. But within the heart of this struggle lies an unbreakable strength waiting to be discovered.

Our minds hold the capacity to work on healing, to transform, and to rise above self-imposed limitations. In my opinion, I don't believe we heal 100%. If we heal one part, we find new flaws to work on. This exercise never stops. I don't think humans are capable of being 10000% happy. They always want something to fix. Just like Mother nests when she's pregnant, that nesting never stops. Little girls were interested in taking care of their dolls.

Let's work on this well-being, breaking down stigma and replacing self-doubt with self-compassion. Remember, you are not alone. Your journey through mental illness unveils your courage, strength, and boundless potential.
