Was great, ready to get started.  Need to read on my food list. Got my exercise equipment.  Now working on other stuff

I'm just starting, I have RA, lupus, problems with back, so I have to build up my muscles again. Doctors say exercise is great so here I am.

Great, I'm here because I have confidence you can help me.

Was good I actually got a weight lifting book to chart my progress, what weights I use how many reps I do.  It should help me.  What day I do them.

I'm going to work out three time a week with Karinas app for 15 minutes.  Will do tue wed Fri.

I have two reasons. I want to do it for me.  I have some autoimmune problems going on and holding this weight is not good for me.  I've put on some weight and just don't feel good about my self and don't feel good.  My other reason is I have 5 grand children who I want to see grow up, my sister and brother passed away quite young and I don't want that to be me.  So it's starts here to take care of me.

Good.  I'm going to listen and follow thru and if have questions will ask.

I did have much around u e been cleaning stuff out and dieting kind of since jan 5.
