Strength, Endurance with Jules Shaw

This program is designed for those who do not have access to any equipment, are travelling, or just want to stay at home. This program is also great for those just getting back into exercising and want to ease their way into the gym setting. All exercises use ONLY your bodyweight. The focus of the Bodyweight Strength program is to develop strength and endurance using only bodyweight movements with tempo, holds, and high rep counts. This is a 4-week long program, with a new workout each day for 4 weeks. Sundays are rest days - I will not be programming anything for Day 7. Thursdays (Day 4) are optional rest days, but I encourage you to do any low-intensity movement. Get outside or do any movement that makes you happy! Equipment required: NONE!
