I started this app with the intention of helping active people bring strength training into their routines so that they can reap the benefits in all aspects of their lives. However, whether you’re a first-time exerciser, adventurer looking to avoid injury, or an avid gym-goer, there is a place for you here. I can’t wait for you to find the strength and confidence you need and deserve to live your life to its fullest.
I come from a family of fitness fanatics. My sister owns a nutrition coaching business (@mybodzii), my brother is a Level 3 CrossFit Trainer and CrossFit HQ staff member, and my 65-year old dad lifts more than I do! Inspired by my siblings, I decided to do my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at McGill University in Montreal. I grew up in a rural town riding horses, skiing, and biking, which turned into competing in CrossFit as I got older. Currently, I take a well-rounded approach to fitness, which involves playing in the mountains as much as possible, doing workouts I enjoy, and helping others find strength and balance.
