I’m recovering from hip surgery and CF keeps hurting me. Finally a workout that actually didn’t hurt but also is all things my PT tells me to do!

Cardio rounds were a bit confusing. Was it meant to be 30x5 per each exercise then 5 total rounds of that? Or 30 exercise 1, 30 exercise 2, 30 exercise 3, then repeat x5?

Been out of the workout game after a surgery and kids. I used to love working out and needed a way to get back into it. This is it!! I love the simplicity of being able to just see the workout and choose videos if I want. Can use my own music, don't need to listen to the cheesy, "push it" or any of the other verbal accompaniments from typical workout videos. This is perfect for me! Beyond the format, the exercises are great!

I didn’t want to, but damn it felt good to finish it.

First time in two weeks I could do burpees as prescribed - excited for this strength!  I was unable to do handstand holds but I have two weeks to build up to it!

That 30s rest between the cardio circuit was killer!!!

My new favorite move is the banded single leg squat to knee tap 🤗
