As you all know, we recently got engaged, and are currently prepping for our wedding this summer. We thought it would be fun to take you all along the journey with us! So, we are launching the Juice and Toya Summer Ready Challenge! Our goal with this challenge is to help you head into your summer feeling strong and confident. We want to create consistency with a routine that is realistic and maintainable. We will focus on building lean muscle, burning body fat, and improving endurance with strength and conditioning workouts. The workouts are designed to be between 20-40 minutes each day. The program is based on 5 days a week, with an optional 6th day, and consists of strength, HIIT, recovery, and an end of the week challenge. We encourage you to join our Facebook page to receive support, encouragement, and motivation from our Juice and Toya community. We will also be engaging with you on the app with live workouts and Q&As! For the “Juice And Toya Summer Ready Challenge”, we have TWO programs to choose from; one requires NO equipment and is completely bodyweight. The other program will require a pair of dumbbells. Both programs can be done at home, at the gym, or anywhere you have space to move your body.
