Clearly, my upper body is not as strong as the lower. The upper body AMRAP was difficult.

The one thing I noticed is that I can do crunches with no problems but itโ€™s when the abs are worked differently, is when the challenge comes in. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ”ฅ
