Welcome!
MASS Method is the foundation of my training program. It is organized into 4 week blocks. MASS stands for Movement, Athleticism, Strength, & Speed.
The first 4-week block of instruction: MASS Method will introduce movements that you've likely never done before. Each workout is intended to familiarize you with an athletic style of training.
MASS Method 2: Strength progresses your training and places a heavier emphasis of strength, hypertrophy, and linear speed into your workouts.
I encourage everyone to begin with the original MASS Method, even if you are an experienced lifter. If you are experienced and would like to fold heavier lifting into the training, my recommendation is that you do so by incorporating 1-2 heavy lifts at the end of each workout.
My other programs offered here: Hip Strength & Mobility and Legs Only are not intended to be used in conjunction with MASS Method. They were created for those who want to continue to follow their own programs while utilizing some of my training in their workouts.
