A huge feature of my app is the awesome community we have to support one another. Please leave comments on workouts as you complete them - if you have feedback or questions about specific movements or exercises, the comments are a great place to leave them! If you are experienced and know the answers to a question you see, please feel free to jump in and provide your thoughts. I review all comments on a regular basis and will either attempt to answer any questions you have or will take your feedback into consideration as I build out the next block of instruction. Q: I'm doing 2 workouts a day (Mon to Fri). One is cardio. The other is Judd's training plan. I take 2 hrs between workouts. Is it best to do cardio 2nd? Cardio 2nd seems smarter, so muscles & major body movers are fresh/ready. Input please! Thanks!
