Welcome to phase 2 of the postpartum program. If phase 1 was still challenging when you ended it, go back to phase 1 and do at least one more week, if not two, or how ever long you need to, to regain more strength before starting the second phase. Phase 2 is going to include more movements that will challenge your strength and balance.
