What are the goals of this program? Increase flexibility and mobility
Regain core strength and improve postue
Improve mental clarity and focus
What do I need to participate? To finish phase 1
A small ball/ towel
Set of dumbbells
Small band bench/chair
There will be 4 workouts a week in 4 week splits, every other week will be an additional set/rep change
How will I get the best results? Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must)
Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app)
Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily
Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover
Be easy on yourself and the postpartum process
Can I do this all at home? Yes! All exercises can be completed at home.
