    Hi! I’m Johana, a Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach and AFAA fitness coach with a Master of Science in Applied Exercise Science with a Concentration in Sports Nutrition. I discovered my passion for nutrition and fitness at a young age while pursuing my own health goals. Eventually, I built healthy habits that have served me to this day.     Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
