Biceps definitely pumped.
Never done elevated heel squats. Seems like a nice stretch.

Great workout. Walked a mile before starting. Modified the overhead presses & did some side and front raises for my shoulders. Lat pull downs for the pull-ups and did 2 rounds of the challenge at the end starting at 5 reps instead of 10.
