It was good. A hard reality check on the vanity vs physiological motives for fueling your body well. I don’t drink a lot of alcohol but I do enjoy really good wine from some wineries my husband & I visit. It’s hard to not partake sometimes, not because I have to drink but because I want to enjoy it with my husband. My goals out weigh my desire to put crap in my body especially as I age. Looking forward to learning more.

As someone who has had digestive issues for years, I really loved watching this. I'm hoping that by following these suggestions, it will greatly improve how I feel when I eat as well as the following day. I love that the athletic greens have digestive enzymes as I currently take those daily so the switch should be easy!
