This is what you have to do -

You’re welcome, Jay. You’ve clearly put a lot of work into the app. I wish you every success with it. I’m looking forward to engaging with functional push pull legs … I did the functional body weight program online around 18 months ago to get me back into exercising after an extended break due to bereavement. It worked! Got me back into shape and re-motivated and I’ve been back in the gym ever since.
