I was freaking out a bit as I know I canā€™t do 6 days a week but should be able to do 5. Glad I can adjust it a bit.

Youā€™re welcome, Jay. Youā€™ve clearly put a lot of work into the app. I wish you every success with it. Iā€™m looking forward to engaging with functional push pull legs ā€¦ I did the functional body weight program online around 18 months ago to get me back into exercising after an extended break due to bereavement. It worked! Got me back into shape and re-motivated and Iā€™ve been back in the gym ever since.

Ready to go, but would like you to weigh in on one matter - how many rest days do you suggest per week? If not week-based, are you an advocate of hitting hard 3 days then one off, then repeat... Thanks!
