How to get the best outcome of the program? Do this program 5 days a weeks for 30 days. The program should include a calorie deficit to lean out and cut for maximum muscle definition and a cut.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts are for all levels. If you want the bikini bod then concentrate on higher reps (12-15) and a moderate weight. For building muscle mass concentrate on fewer reps an much heavier weight. Figure 3-5 reps at max weight.
What do I need to participate in this program? Dumbells at home or in the gym
How to schedule the program into a week? 5 days a week and can be started on any day. Monday always make the most sense but totally not necessary. Just start!
