What the duration of these workouts?
Most of these workouts will be around 30 minutes long aproximately but please see the title, for instance if its shorter then it'll say "15 minute core workout" as the title.
What equipment will I need to participate?
A mat, a set of dumbbells (if its weighted) but otherwise - just show up with plenty of water and we'll do the rest together :)
I don't think I'm fit enough for these workouts!
Try one of my beginners workouts - but also do as much as you can when you start a workout. Some days will be harder then others. Complete less reps if you're not keeping up or skip or modify an exercise where needed! And add more rest time too!

Planks to press ups - - - >mind blown 😮🤯 Such a great exercise to max out but keeping it manageable.! Loved it! Didn't feel the burn with the last core exercise but I might be doing it wrong 😅 What a great quick one! All in all a burner for cote and arms! Thanks izzi!

Love this so much that I am doing it the 3rd time 😍 Wish there would be more like these! They are perfect and remind me of the time when we trained with you during the pandemic!(really helped me so much). 🎉💙
