About Irene Pappas

Online personal trainer

Irene is passionate about movement as a tool for deep connection. She sees the body as a puzzle, and therefore a chance for self discovery. Over the past 9 years Irene has studied has studied and practiced many different styles of movement including yoga, weight lifting, hand balance, contortion, gymnastics style strength training, and calisthenics. She is a certified yoga teacher (500hr) and personal trainer (NASM). Using this combined knowledge, Irene teaches in a way that will help you understand your body better, build strength and usable flexibility.

How to schedule the program into a week?
Here are a few of the ways you could choose to practice: You can alternate strength and flexibility throughout the week Day 1: Strength based video (ex. Push Up Challenge) Day 2 : Flexibility based video (ex. Quick Chest & Shoulder Opening) Rest or Repeat If there are specific videos that you are working on, I would recommend repeating that video 3x per week in addition to your regular practice or other videos. You can also create longer workouts by mixing and matching depending on what your goals are.
