You need just dumbbells and a miniband to complete this challenge.
If you have a yoga/exercise mat, that's a plus!
How to eat during the challenge?
Eat healthy and nutritious food. Keep it simple. Fill your fridge with your favorite healthy foods so you have them at hand. You can find many healthy meals from my recipe guide in the “Insights” section. You can eat anything in moderation but I recommend limiting sugar, alcohol and junk food for best results during these 40 days. Drink one big cup of water first thing in the morning. Also drink enough water throughout the day.

What is the goal of the challenge?
Getting more fit, healthy, energized and happy! We will tone our physiques, burn fat, boost our metabolism and develop our muscles! I want us to enjoy, have fun and get those after workout endorphins!
