4 days in a row!! Upped weights to 7.5kg, legs felt it there, had to cut short last sets of lunges but got enough volume all the same, thanks. Ps I like the single leg squat variation. I used to teach CrossFit and wished I had used that with clients working towards the pistol. Helps to keep body position uprights. Ed xx
