The corrective exercises might have been my favorite!! One of the biggest reasons I love training with you is because you include the corrective exercises and how to protect your core and pelvic floor so I don't have to think about anything other than showing up and workout to get stronger and feel my absolute best 💪 ❤️

Oh my god. It’s been a minute since I have worked out. Just bought a barbell yesterday. I was so stocked to use it today. My bench had dust on it. I’m pretty sure I’ll be sore as heck tomorrow. But I’m so excited to feel that again!!!
