What a great, effective little routine to do with an active baby. She didn’t seem super interested in me and what I was doing but it helped that my only rest was chasing her as she crawled away! ☺️😂

I try so hard to stick to a program for Day 1, 2, 3, etc. But its so hard with little kids!! With these workouts I get the best of both worlds and my toddler had a blast with me! Thank you for such variety! Maybe I'll get to a harder workout later by myself but for now at least I got to move my body! Felt great! ❤💪
