Here is a bodyweight full body HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout that you can do at ANYWHERE!
Weโll be doing 4x rounds (or more if you desire) of 8x different exercises, each for 30 seconds at a time, in a continuous manner.
**Rest for 15-20 seconds between exercises, and for 45 secs between rounds!
1. Jumping Jacks - 30 seconds
2. Push-ups - 30 seconds
3. Squat Jumps - 30 seconds
4. Mountain Climbers - 30 seconds
5. Burpees - 30 seconds
6. Plank - 30 seconds
7. High knees - 30 seconds
8. Bicycle Crunches - 30 seconds
