What are the goals of the program? This program will give you the tools to consistently work on your game.
These drills are some of the many that our coaches perform at our training facility and during our Summer Academy.
They have been tailored to help you train anywhere in the world as long as you have a basketball and a hoop.
What do I need to participate in this program? All you need for our daily workouts are a basketball, a hoop, and a hard surface.
Some drills we do require cones and a foam roller, but those can easily be supplemented with household items such as water bottles.
How to get the best outcome of the program? In order to get the best out of the Global Squad Online Training program, we encourage our athletes to log onto our app daily and try to complete the full workout if possible.
We will keep a workout on here for one week before recycling the oldest ones to make space for our newest workout. (7 workouts will be displayed at a time)
If you do happen to miss a workout, you can certainly look back on what you missed and get that work in before it disappears a few days later!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts can be completed by athletes of all levels!
The drills in our Daily Grind consist of the most basic fundamentals that everyone should do all the way to advanced techniques we teach some of our best players.

How to schedule the program into a week? This program has been designed to give you a new workout every single day of the week.
We save 7 workouts at a time, so if you couldn't get to one you wanted to try, you can always try it the next day! We understand the life of an athlete is very busy, which is why we will provide you one workout a day to stay motivated and aware that others are grinding just as hard, if not harder than you!
We expect our athletes to do at least 4 of our workouts every 7 days, but those who are truly motivated and want to reach the next level will try to do all 7 workouts a week. Remember, we've tailored this program to include conditioning and recovery days.
We've tailored these workouts to target different aspects of basketball and training. Some days, the workout may be recovery. Take that seriously! Get off your feet, stretch, and relax if you need to. Rest is just as important as the hard work at the gym.
