How to get the best outcome of the program? Progressive overload + Nutrition - stick to your macros, limit alcohol, try to complete all workouts!
How to schedule the program into a week? You can choose to do the workouts whatever days work for you and choose your two rest days each week
What do I need to participate in this program? A few sets of dumbbells (this will help you be able to incorporate progressive overload by upping weights each week and building lean muscle), a closed loop resistance band
