I am blown away by the results and success I’ve had following Emily’s program and couldn’t recommend it more! Through following her Instagram content and her detailed weight lifting guide, I’ve been able to refine my approach to workouts, nutrition, and overall motivation. The result has been significant muscle gain, a love of the gym and working out, and most importantly, loving myself and my body. I was going to the gym somewhat regularly but was just randomly doing this and that, no structure or routine. Obviously, I wasn’t getting results. After seeing Emily’s transformation, I thought I’d give her program a try. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain. Her program was full of information, a weekly lift routine with each day focusing on a specific muscle group, and easy to follow instructions. I followed the guide for six weeks and was shocked at what I was seeing and feeling! I went up in muscle mass and down in body fat (my gym has a body scanner, so I was able to track it)- Absolutely incredible! I never thought I’d enjoy weightlifting, but with Emily’s help, I’ve fallen in love with it!
