Hi! I’m Emily Moon. A lover of all things health and fitness.
My love for fitness started in my early 20s. I started out as a long distance runner. After years of overtraining and hormonal/physical damage from doing so, I began to search for balance in the way I exercise.
I found weightlifting. I began to fall in love with the results I saw and the strength I felt!
I even was able to maintain my love for weightlifting throughout my entire pregnancy in 2021.
I have learned that exercise in its most pure and simple form, always yields the best results.
As a mom and full time worker, I know how busy life can get.
So, my goal is to help you make fitness and exercise fit in to YOUR life and YOUR schedule.
I’ve developed workouts and programs that will help you stay consistent, see progress, and have fun while doing so.
