I am loving these workouts! Iβve been working out since April but I was inconsistent- either a lot of cardio or only weights, or sometimes an hour of each because I wasnβt getting results. Itβs been a couple weeks since Iβve started this program and already Iβm able to use heavier dumbbells and Iβm feeling stronger!
