Under rated is all I got… looking over this session before I started I didn’t expect my Bambi legs to show out. It’s not the typical session I would do. How would I ever train legs without a barbell squat? Humbled by this session. Looking forward to the remainder of the Soldier 2.0. Marvel will be calling all of us after this program.
