What are the goals of the program? The goal is to lose inches off your waist and shred and tone muscle.
How to get the best outcome of the program? To get the best outcome is to stay dedicated and stay motivated through out the program. Follow the workouts and time of rest in between workout sets.
How to schedule the program into a week? The program is a break down of Week 1/Day 1, Week 1/Day 2, Week 1/D3 etc each day of the week you will have workouts to accomplish for each day of the 4 weeks.
What do I need to participate in this program? You will need a pair of dumbbells. However, If you don’t have dumbbells you can still complete these exercises.
